Our History

In 2003, Sales Boyoli opened its doors in Colonia Condesa, beginning to attract clients and handle significant labor matters. A year later, in 2004, we relocated to the Santa Fe district to be closer to our main clients and address their needs from a privileged location.

2007

In 2007, Sales Boyoli expanded its portfolio of services and clients, addressing a wide range of complex labor matters. In addition to labor litigation, the firm began offering strategic consulting in union matters and advisory services on social security issues, strengthening its presence in the labor field.

2017-2019

In 2017, following the constitutional labor reform, we implemented a Comprehensive Union Management Model, providing our clients with solutions that promote social responsibility and encourage active union participation. Shortly after, in 2019, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we supported our clients in navigating the legal and labor challenges arising from the crisis, developing strategies focused on maintaining a balance between the interests of companies and workers.

2021-2023

In 2021, we joined Littler, the world’s largest labor and employment law firm, to lead the union relations practice and handle matters of significant national and international relevance. Subsequently, in 2023, we relaunched Sales Boyoli, updating our services to align with the latest reforms to the Federal Labor Law. The firm currently operates from its offices in Santa Fe, at Guillermo González Camarena 1450, 7th Floor.
