Jorge Sales Boyoli
Jorge Sales is one of the most influential labor attorneys in Mexico and the USMCA region. An expert in labor and union conflict negotiation and resolution, he has contributed to creating labor stability and peace among a wide range of employers in Mexico, the United States, and Canada—fostering job creation through trends such as nearshoring and subcontracting (now specialized service provision). With extensive experience in complex labor litigation and a strategic vision in labor consulting, he currently serves as Managing Partner of Sales Boyoli Abogados Laborales. He has been a speaker at various forums and is frequently featured in interviews on labor law, human resources, and time management topics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad Panamericana, with a specialization in Labor Law from the same institution. He holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Capital Management, and in November 2023, he received the “Alfonso X el Sabio” distinction from Universidad Panamericana.
Jorge was the lead partner of the Union Relations Practice at Littler, the world’s largest labor and employment law firm. He is a member of the Mexican Direct Selling Association and the National Association of In-House Counsel (ANADE), where he serves as National Committee Coordinator and Member of the National Board of Directors.
